Polly is certified in Integral Sound Healing with tuning forks from The Sound Healing Academy based in Cornwall, UK. In her youth, she was an accomplished classical piano player and found music to be a way to relax her mind and recenter herself. Polly’s professional career is in communication design and she is preoccupied with incorporating the Fibonacci sequence in client projects. Following her own profound experience from a sound healing session, Polly began her quest for it how works and it led her to discover that this approach combined her passion for sound and Fibonacci! The Fibonacci sequence is used through tuning forks to create sounds that are said to restore the body's natural order and harmonic perfection. Polly continues to pull the thread of music and science and is eager help others alleviate symptoms caused by many conditions, including anxiety, PTSD, sleep quality, and overall well being.
