Cost and timing

Sessions are typically one hour although they can run a bit over, and cost $125. The best outcomes are achieved if you can do four sessions one/two weeks apart, for a package price of $400 which is a $100 savings. If you are out of the area, we can set up a remote Zoom. Although they are effective, remote sessions are not as robust as in person.
